CTEC ISSUER

The issuer of the CTEC ETF, known as the Global X CleanTech ETF, is Global X Management Company LLC. This ETF was established to invest at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the Indxx Global CleanTech Index and in American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) based on the securities in the Underlying Index. The Indxx Global CleanTech Index is designed to provide exposure to exchange-listed companies that are positioned to benefit from the increased adoption of CleanTech technologies, including renewable energy production, energy efficiency, smart grid, lithium-ion batteries, fuel cells, and pollution prevention/amelioration. The ETF uses a passive indexing approach and aims to achieve a high correlation with the performance of the Underlying Index. As of January 31, 2023, the Underlying Index had 29 constituents, and the ETF seeks to provide investors with a diversified way to invest in CleanTech companies globally.

CTEC DIVIDEND
