ESIX ETF PERFORMANCE

ESIX ISSUER

The ESIX ETF, seeking to track the performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 ESG Index, is managed by SSGA Funds Management, Inc. (SSGA FM). Employing a sampling strategy, the fund does not necessarily acquire all of the index's securities but rather a subset, aiming to maintain similar risk and return profiles.

ESIX DIVIDEND

While the ESIX ETF, focused on cloud and cybersecurity disruption, primarily aims for capital growth, it still offers dividends based on the performance of its underlying investments. Dividend distributions typically occur on a regular basis, influenced by the individual dividend policies of the constituent companies within the cloud and cybersecurity disruption theme. These companies often benefit from technological innovation, data management, and cybersecurity solutions, making ESIX suitable for investors seeking both capital appreciation and potential dividend returns. The ETF also employs an option overlay strategy to manage market volatility, offering a unique approach to enhance returns and manage risk.

ESIX TRACKING

ESIX Tracking follows the S&P SmallCap 600 ESG Index, a benchmark designed to gauge the performance of companies that meet certain sustainability criteria, particularly those related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) factors. This ETF employs a sampling strategy, allowing it to hold a portfolio of securities that closely mirrors the risk and return characteristics of the index. ESIX generally invests at least 80% of its assets in the securities from the index, and it may also invest in equity securities not included in the index, cash, money market instruments, and futures contracts to align with the index's performance. The index excludes companies involved in controversial weapons, tobacco, oil sands, and other criteria, emphasizing responsible and sustainable investing.

ESIX CORRELATION

The correlation aspect of the ESIX ETF (Exchange-Traded Fund) is not widely known as of my last knowledge update in September 2021. However, understanding the correlations of this ETF is crucial for investors looking to assess its behavior in relation to the underlying index it tracks, the S&P SmallCap 600 ESG Index. Investors should monitor how closely ESIX follows the performance of this ESG-focused index to evaluate its effectiveness as an investment choice within the sustainable and small-cap equity space.

ESIX SECTOR

The Alternative Sources ETF (ESIX) primarily focuses on investing in companies that meet certain sustainability criteria related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. This ETF seeks to provide investors with exposure to businesses that align with responsible and ethical practices. The portfolio may include companies from various sectors, but it aims to exclude those involved in activities such as tobacco, controversial weapons, thermal coal, and other environmentally or socially detrimental practices. As of the latest data available, ESIX is likely to have a significant presence in the financial and industrial sectors, reflecting its commitment to ESG principles.

ESIX EXPOSURE

The ESIX ETF, designed to track the performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 ESG Index, employs a sampling strategy, allowing flexibility in the selection of index securities to replicate its risk and return characteristics. This ETF may concentrate its assets in industries that align with the index while also investing in non-index equity securities, cash, money market instruments, and futures contracts to optimize performance. The S&P SmallCap 600 ESG Index itself focuses on sustainability criteria, offering exposure to small-cap U.S. companies with a responsible environmental, social, and governance approach.
