FEZ ISSUER

The SPDR EURO STOXX 50 ETF (FEZ) is managed by State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) Funds Management, Inc. Established with the aim to track the performance of the EURO STOXX 50® Index, FEZ employs a sampling strategy, enabling it to hold a subset of securities from the index that share similar risk and return characteristics. SSGA FM, the investment adviser to the fund, makes decisions regarding the composition of the portfolio, ensuring alignment with the index's objectives. FEZ offers investors exposure to some of Europe's largest companies and is designed to capture approximately 60% of the free-float market capitalization of the EURO STOXX Total Market Index, spanning various sectors and countries within Europe. The Index is maintained and managed by STOXX, an independent Index Provider not affiliated with the fund or its adviser.

FEZ DIVIDEND

The SPDR EURO STOXX 50 ETF (FEZ) offers investors the opportunity to gain exposure to the EURO STOXX 50® Index, albeit through a sampling strategy that doesn't require the purchase of all index securities. This approach is designed to maintain similar risk and return characteristics as the Index. While FEZ doesn't primarily focus on dividends, it reflects the dividend distribution of the EURO STOXX 50® Index constituents. Typically, these dividends are distributed on a periodic basis, and the frequency and amount depend on the individual dividend policies and performance of the underlying companies. While FEZ emphasizes tracking the Index, investors may still benefit from potential dividend income along with potential capital appreciation.

FEZ TRACKING

Tracking the EURO STOXX 50® Index is the primary objective of the SPDR EURO STOXX 50 ETF (FEZ). Employing a sampling strategy, FEZ doesn't necessarily acquire all the securities within the index but instead purchases a subset to mirror the index's risk and return characteristics. The number of holdings in the fund depends on various factors, including its asset size. Under typical market conditions, FEZ invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities from the Index, which includes equities not in the Index, cash, and cash equivalents. This ETF allows investors to gain exposure to some of Europe's largest companies, covering diverse sectors within the EURO STOXX Supersector Indexes. Please note that FEZ is not affiliated with the Index Provider, STOXX.
