Companies in the top decile of the Morningstar Global Markets ex-US Index based on dividend yield are excluded from the Underlying Index. IGRO's dividend distribution is influenced by the performance and dividend policies of the constituent companies within the index. As of March 31, 2023, the Underlying Index included securities from 34 countries, comprising large-, mid-, and small-capitalization companies. The Fund typically invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the Underlying Index, with the aim of tracking its performance. By following an indexing approach, IGRO seeks to achieve lower costs and better after-tax performance, although it may not substantially outperform the Underlying Index. Additionally, the Fund may lend securities representing up to one-third of its total assets and maintains an industry concentration policy aligned with the Underlying Index.

It is a dividend dollars weighted index, and the selection of international equities is determined by Morningstar Inc., the Index Provider. The Underlying Index represents approximately 97% of the market capitalization in international developed and emerging markets, excluding companies in the top decile of the Morningstar Global Markets ex-US Index based on dividend yield. The index includes companies from 34 countries, encompassing large-, mid-, and small-cap stocks across various sectors. IGRO employs a representative sampling indexing strategy to closely align with the Underlying Index's performance while seeking to minimize costs and portfolio turnover. The ETF generally invests at least 80% of its assets in component securities of the Underlying Index and may use futures, options, swap contracts, and cash equivalents to track the index's results before fees and expenses. The Fund may also lend securities, representing up to one-third of its total assets, and adheres to industry concentration policies that mirror those of the Underlying Index to a similar extent.
