LCF ISSUER

The Large Cap Fund (LCF) is managed by Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. The fund's investment strategy primarily focuses on U.S.-listed large capitalization equity securities, with an emphasis on identifying companies trading below their intrinsic value and possessing sustainable competitive advantages. Fort Washington's approach centers on evaluating barriers to entry, such as cost advantages, economies of scale, customer loyalty, or government barriers, to assess a company's competitive strength. The fund may hold a concentrated portfolio of 25 to 45 companies and may adjust its holdings based on valuation, investment opportunities, and changing market conditions.

LCF DIVIDEND

The Large Cap Fund seeks to provide investors with exposure to U.S.-listed large capitalization equity securities. The ETF's investment strategy involves holding companies that exhibit sustainable competitive advantages and trade below their intrinsic value. While focusing on value and competitive barriers, the ETF maintains a non-diversified approach, often holding a limited number of dividend-paying securities. It aims to generate dividends by strategically investing in companies that align with its value-focused philosophy, potentially offering investors a stream of income from these dividend-paying holdings.

LCF TRACKING

The LCF Large Cap Fund (LCF) is a prominent exchange-traded fund that seeks to closely track the performance of the largest U.S.-listed companies. With a focus on investing in equity securities of companies with market capitalizations exceeding $5 billion, LCF aims to provide investors with exposure to the established leaders in the U.S. equity market. Through its disciplined approach to selecting companies trading below intrinsic value and possessing sustainable competitive advantages, LCF maintains a concentrated portfolio while offering investors a comprehensive TRACKING strategy to the large-cap equity segment.

LCF CORRELATION

The LCF focuses on investing in U.S.-listed large capitalization equity securities with an emphasis on companies that trade below their estimated intrinsic value and possess sustainable competitive advantages. The fund's investment strategy aims to identify companies with strong barriers to entry, such as economies of scale and high customer loyalty. As a non-diversified fund, LCF may have significant exposure to a limited number of correlations, typically holding 25 to 45 companies. The fund's performance is influenced by the correlations between the selected securities and their underlying fundamentals.

LCF SECTOR

The LCF focuses on the large capitalization equity sector within the U.S. stock market. With at least 80% of its assets invested in U.S.-listed large capitalization equity securities, LCF targets companies with market capitalizations above $5 billion. The fund aims to identify companies with sustainable competitive advantages, trading below their intrinsic value, while emphasizing the large-cap segment of the market.

LCF EXPOSURE

The LCF ETF primarily focuses on U.S.-listed large capitalization equity securities, investing at least 80% of its assets in companies with a market capitalization above $5 billion. The investment strategy is implemented by the Fund's sub-adviser, Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc., which seeks to invest in companies trading below their estimated intrinsic value and possessing sustainable competitive advantages. Although the Fund may invest in any economic exposure, it may at times emphasize one or more particular exposures, allowing for significant exposure to a limited number of sectors or industries, generally holding 25 to 45 companies with residual cash and cash equivalents expected to represent less than 10% of the Fund's net assets.
