The VictoryShares WestEnd U.S. Sector ETF is managed by Victory Capital Management Inc. Under normal circumstances, this ETF invests at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. equity securities of companies classified in various sectors according to The Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS®), including Communication Services, Consumer Discretionary, Consumer Staples, Energy, Financials, Health Care, Industrials, Information Technology, Materials, Real Estate, and Utilities. GICS® is an independent classification system that categorizes issuers based on their primary business activities. Additionally, the ETF may allocate up to 10% of its total assets in shares of other exchange-traded funds (ETFs) primarily investing in U.S. equity securities across different GICS® Sectors. VictoryShares WestEnd U.S. Sector ETF provides investors with diversified exposure to various sectors of the U.S. equity market.

The VictoryShares WestEnd U.S. Sector ETF follows a dividend distribution strategy while primarily investing in U.S. equity securities across various GICS® sectors. Under normal circumstances, the fund allocates at least 80% of its total assets to these sectors, as defined by the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS®).
