PDP ISSUER

The Invesco, as the PDP issuer, operates in accordance with the guidelines set by Dorsey, Wright & Associates, LLC (the Index Provider), which compiles and manages the Underlying Index. This index consists of around 100 securities selected from a pool of approximately 1,000 of the largest constituents by market capitalization within the Nasdaq US Benchmark™ Index.
