PTBD ISSUER

The issuer of the PTBD ETF, or the PTBD Trend Following Bond ETF, is a leading investment management firm with a strong reputation for innovative financial products. Leveraging a systematic trend-following strategy, the PTBD ETF's issuer aims to provide investors with exposure to a diversified portfolio of high-yield corporate bonds and U.S. Treasury bonds. Their expertise in quantitative strategies and risk management has positioned them as a trusted provider of ETFs tailored to capture potential trends within the fixed-income market.

PTBD DIVIDEND

The PTBD ETF employs a systematic trend-following strategy based on the performance of two key indices: the iBoxx USD Liquid High Yield Index and the iBoxx USD Treasuries 7-10 Year Index. The ETF's dividend approach is influenced by the Risk Ratio, which guides its allocation between high-yield corporate bonds and U.S. Treasury bonds. The dividend distribution is influenced by shifts in the ETF's positions, primarily driven by triggers like the High Yield Indicator, the 50/50 Indicator, and the T-Bond Indicator, resulting in potential changes in dividend yields based on prevailing market conditions and positioning.

PTBD TRACKING

The PTBD ETF employs a systematic trend-following strategy that directs its tracking to various positions within the iBoxx® USD Liquid High Yield Index and the iBoxx® USD Treasuries 7-10 Year Index, guided by a calculated Risk Ratio. Depending on the Risk Ratio and predefined indicators, PTBD can allocate its tracking to 100% high-yield corporate bonds, a mix of high yield and U.S. Treasury bonds, or 100% U.S. Treasury bonds. This dynamic tracking strategy allows PTBD to adapt to market conditions and optimize its exposure to high-yield and Treasury segments, providing potential benefits for investors seeking diversified fixed income tracking.

PTBD CORRELATION

The PTBD ETF's correlation strategy is driven by a rules-based methodology that adjusts its exposure between high-yield corporate bonds and U.S. Treasury bonds based on predefined indicators such as the Risk Ratio, High Yield Indicator, 50/50 Indicator, and T-Bond Indicator. This correlation mechanism aims to provide investors with a tactical allocation strategy that reacts to market trends, potentially offering benefits during periods of economic shifts or changing bond market dynamics. The ETF's correlation approach is designed to dynamically adapt to market conditions and optimize its position between high-yield and Treasury bonds, potentially enhancing returns and managing risk.

PTBD SECTOR

The PTBD ETF operates within the fixed income sector, specifically focusing on the high yield corporate bond market and U.S. Treasury bonds with maturities ranging from 7 to 10 years. Employing a systematic trend-following strategy, the ETF dynamically allocates its exposure between the iBoxx USD Liquid High Yield Index and the iBoxx USD Treasuries 7-10 Year Index. The fund's strategy revolves around a Risk Ratio that drives the allocation changes, allowing investors to gain exposure to both high yield corporate bonds and U.S. Treasuries within the specified maturity range.

PTBD EXPOSURE

The exposure of PTBD is determined by a systematic trend-following strategy that directs exposure to one of three possible positions, depending on the Risk Ratio. These positions include: (i) 100% to the iBoxx® USD Liquid High Yield Index, (ii) 50% to the iBoxx USD Liquid High Yield Index and 50% to the iBoxx® USD Treasuries 7-10 Year Index, or (iii) 100% to the iBoxx USD Treasuries 7-10 Year Index. Various indicators such as the High Yield Indicator, 50/50 Indicator, and T-Bond Indicator are used to determine the position of the Index, allowing the exposure of PTBD to shift based on market conditions and risk assessments.
