SATO ETFs are managed by VettaFi, LLC, the designated Index Provider for the SATO ETFs. VettaFi, LLC oversees the composition and maintenance of the Underlying Index, which comprises two key components: the Equity Component and the ETP and Trust Component. The Equity Component primarily includes publicly traded equity securities of companies engaged in cryptocurrency mining, cryptocurrency enabling technologies, and cryptocurrency buying. The ETP and Trust Component, on the other hand, consists of exchange-traded products and private investment trusts investing a significant portion of their assets in Bitcoin.

SATO DIVIDEND

While SATO Holdings Corporation (SATO) primarily focuses on industrial supply chain solutions, the SATO Dividend reflects its dividend distribution policies. Dividends from SATO are typically distributed on an annual basis, subject to the company's profitability and financial health. Investors considering SATO for their portfolio should be aware that this ETF prioritizes growth potential over consistent dividend payouts, making it more suitable for those seeking long-term capital appreciation rather than regular income.

SATO TRACKING

SATO Tracking is focused on replicating the performance of the VettaFi Digital Asset Index. The ETF aims to achieve this objective by investing at least 80% of its total assets in securities that make up the Underlying Index. The VettaFi Digital Asset Index consists of two key components: the Equity Component, comprising stocks of companies actively involved in cryptocurrency mining, enabling technologies, or reporting cryptocurrency assets on their balance sheets; and the ETP and Trust Component, represented by exchange-traded products and private investment trusts with substantial investments in Bitcoin (BTC). SATO Tracking offers investors a way to gain exposure to the evolving digital asset landscape without directly investing in cryptocurrencies, benefiting from the growth potential of companies in the cryptocurrency ecosystem and Bitcoin-focused investment products.

SATO CORRELATION

The correlation aspect of the SATO Crypto Economy ETF (SATO) is closely tied to the performance of companies involved in the digital asset space. SATO primarily invests in securities that make up the Underlying Index, which consists of two main components: companies engaged in cryptocurrency-related activities (Cryptocurrency Miners, Cryptocurrency Enabling Technologies, and Cryptocurrency Buyers) and exchange-traded products (ETPs) and private investment trusts investing primarily in Bitcoin. Given its focus on the cryptocurrency ecosystem, SATO is expected to have a high correlation with the overall cryptocurrency market. Investors often analyze SATO's correlation with specific cryptocurrencies and other digital assets to gauge its exposure to this evolving sector.

SATO SECTOR

The SATO ETF focuses on digital asset companies and Bitcoin-related investment products. The ETF's portfolio comprises companies engaged in cryptocurrency mining, cryptocurrency enabling technologies, and those reporting cryptocurrency assets on their balance sheets. Additionally, the SATO ETF includes exchange-traded products and private investment trusts that invest at least 75% of their assets in Bitcoin. This sector is at the forefront of the blockchain and cryptocurrency revolution, offering investors exposure to the growing digital asset space while diversifying risk across various components of the sector.

SATO EXPOSURE
