SDOG ISSUER

SDOGALPS Advisors, Inc. is an investment firm that aims to replicate the performance of the Underlying Index before fees and expenses. The Underlying Index tracks the highest dividend-paying stocks (Dividend Dogs) in the S-Network US Equity WR Large-Cap 500 Index on a sector-by-sector basis. This index comprises 50 stocks selected annually based on the five highest dividend yields in ten of the eleven GICS sectors, excluding real estate, and is rebalanced quarterly.

SDOG DIVIDEND

Efficiently replicating the performance of the highest dividend-paying stocks, SDOGALPS Advisors' SDOG DIVIDEND leverages a rules-based approach. This strategy focuses on selecting five top dividend-yielding stocks in ten sectors of the S-Net 500, excluding real estate, offering investors a sector-by-sector insight. These dividend dogs, drawn from the 500 largest stocks, are equally weighted and rebalanced quarterly to provide an avenue for potential income generation.

SDOG TRACKING

The SDOGALPS Advisors, Inc. aims to replicate the performance of the Underlying Index, which tracks the highest yielding stocks known as Dogs from various sectors in the S-Net 500, excluding real estate. These Dogs are selected based on yield calculations derived from regular cash dividends over the previous year, divided by share price. The index comprises 50 equally weighted stocks, chosen from ten sectors, and is rebalanced quarterly.

SDOG CORRELATION

The ALPS Sector Dividend Dogs ETF, known by its ticker symbol SDOG, aims to track the performance of the S-Network Sector Dividend Dogs Index. This index is composed of the highest dividend-yielding stocks from the S&P 500, providing a focus on income-generating assets. While SDOG is designed to have a high correlation with its underlying index, it may not perfectly mirror the broader equity markets. The ETF's focus on high-dividend stocks often makes it more sensitive to interest rate changes and less correlated with growth-oriented sectors. Therefore, SDOG offers a unique type of market exposure, making it an interesting option for investors looking for income and a different set of risk and return characteristics compared to the broader market.

SDOG SECTOR

Investing in High-Yield Sector Dogs from S-Net 500. The SDOG SECTOR strategy aims to replicate the performance of the Underlying Index, focusing on the top-yielding stocks in each GICS sector (excluding real estate) from the S-Net 500. With an annual reconstitution date and quarterly rebalancing, this approach offers investors a way to track the performance of sector-specific high-yield stocks.

SDOG EXPOSURE

SDOGALPS Advisors, Inc. aims to replicate the performance of the Underlying Index, which tracks the highest yielding stocks (known as 'EXPOSURE Dogs') in the S-Network US Equity WR Large-Cap 500 Index, except for real estate. The Underlying Index selects the five highest yielding stocks from ten of the eleven GICS EXPOSURE categories in the S-Net 500, and these chosen stocks are equally weighted in the portfolio. Reconstituted annually, the index offers exposure to EXPOSURE yield opportunities, and is rebalanced quarterly.
