SIHY DIVIDEND

The SIHY ETF (Short for Schwab Crypto Thematic Index) focuses primarily on investing in stocks included in the Schwab Crypto Thematic Index®, which aims to provide global exposure to companies involved in various cryptocurrency-related activities. While the SIHY ETF's primary objective is capital appreciation, it may also generate dividend income. Investors interested in the potential benefits of cryptocurrency-related stocks and a chance for dividend income may find SIHY a compelling investment choice.

SIHY TRACKING

The Alternative Sources High Yield ETF, SIHY, aims to track the performance of a portfolio composed of below investment-grade corporate bonds, often referred to as high yield or junk bonds, and unrated securities deemed equivalent in credit quality. The fund primarily invests in U.S. dollar-denominated securities, including those issued by foreign entities. To manage its portfolio exposures effectively, SIHY may also utilize derivative instruments such as credit-default swaps and U.S. Treasury futures. Additionally, the fund may incorporate exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in its strategy to achieve its investment objectives. The ETF's portfolio management team employs a structured investment process rooted in quantitative models and historical data analysis. They formulate investment hypotheses and back-test them to gauge their consistency over time. The insights generated from this process guide security selection and market timing decisions, focusing on idiosyncratic company and security-specific risk, as well as broader market conditions. Risk management includes position sizing optimization and adherence to internal limits for individual issuer and issue positions. SIHY's performance is continually assessed, with the aim of delivering competitive risk-adjusted returns in the high-yield bond market. Please note that the fund's specific characteristics, such as duration/maturity and credit quality, may vary based on market conditions and portfolio allocations.
