The Syntax Stratified U.S. Market ETF (SYUS) is managed by Vantage Consulting Group and aims to provide Stratified-WeightTM exposure to a broad range of U.S. stocks, encompassing approximately 90% of the total U.S. market capitalization. It achieves this objective by investing in Syntax Stratified Weight ETFs and U.S. equity securities using the Stratified Weight methodology. This approach is designed to diversify holdings across Related Business Risk groups within an index, addressing business risk concentrations often seen in traditional capitalization-weighted indices. SYUS offers investors a unique way to gain diversified exposure to the U.S. equity market across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap segments, allowing for more even distribution of investment across various business opportunities.

SYUS DIVIDEND

The Syntax U.S. Stratified Weight ETF (SYUS) is primarily focused on providing investors with a unique approach to gaining exposure to a broad range of U.S. equity securities. While dividends may not be the fund's central focus, it still reflects the dividend distribution of the underlying Syntax Stratified U.S. Total Market Index. Dividend distributions typically occur on a quarterly basis, and they are influenced by the dividend policies and performances of the constituent companies within the index. SYUS follows a Stratified Weight methodology, diversifying its holdings across Related Business Risk groups to provide a balanced exposure to all business opportunities within the index. Investors can expect SYUS to offer a blend of capital appreciation potential along with potential dividend returns.

SYUS TRACKING

Tracking the Syntax Stratified U.S. Total Market Index is the primary objective of the SYUS ETF. SYUS employs the Stratified WeightTM methodology developed by Syntax, LLC, to diversify its holdings across various business risk groups. The fund aims to offer exposure to approximately 90% of the total U.S. market capitalization, investing in Syntax Stratified Weight ETFs, U.S. equity securities, or underlying securities within the 1500 Index. Its allocations are expected to be approximately 70% to 96% in large-cap exposure, 3% to 20% in mid-cap exposure, and 1% to 10% in small-cap exposure. This strategy seeks to address business risk concentrations found in traditional capitalization-weighted indices and provide diversified exposure to the U.S. equity market. The fund is actively managed, with periodic allocation adjustments based on the Adviser and Sub-Adviser's outlook and may also invest in other Syntax Stratified Weight ETFs with active and passive strategies.
