TMDV ISSUER
The TMDV ETF is managed by ProShare Advisors and aims to replicate the performance of the Index, which is constructed and maintained by FTSE International Limited. The Index targets companies currently part of the Russell 3000 Index, representing about 98% of the investable U.S. equity market, with a history of increasing dividend payments for at least 35 years and specific liquidity requirements. With a minimum of 40 equally weighted stocks in the Index, no single sector can exceed 30% of the index weight. If there are fewer than 40 stocks meeting the dividend growth criteria, companies with shorter dividend growth histories are included. The Index is rebalanced quarterly and annually and is published under the Bloomberg ticker symbol R3DEPTR. Under normal circumstances, the TMDV ETF invests at least 80% of its assets in component securities of the Index, primarily common stocks of public companies. ProShare Advisors may use a replication or representative sampling strategy to achieve its investment objective, depending on market conditions and other factors. The Fund may also concentrate or focus its investments in specific industries, in line with the Index's concentration or focus.
