TRFK ISSUER

The TRFK issuer, managed by Pacer The Fund, utilizes a passive management approach, tracking the total return performance of the Pacer Data Transmission and Communication Revolution Index. Established in 2022, this index is governed by a proprietary methodology owned by the Index Design Group (IDG), an affiliate of Pacer Advisors, Inc., the Fund’s investment adviser. The index comprises globally-listed stocks and depositary receipts of companies generating at least 50% of their revenues from data-related activities or ancillary services enabling data usage. These companies must meet specific investibility requirements, including a market capitalization of US$1 billion or more and a three-month average daily value traded of at least US$2 million. The index is reconstituted and rebalanced annually, with constituents weighted based on free-float market capitalization, subject to certain constraints. As of June 30, 2023, the index consisted of 80 constituents, with significant exposure to the Industrials and Information Technology Sectors and limited exposure to European companies.
