UDIV ISSUER

The Global X SuperDividend U.S. ETF (UDIV) is part of the Global X ETFs family, a renowned provider known for its thematic and income-focused funds. Global X ETFs has been a pioneer in developing innovative investment solutions that aim to provide value and diversification. With UDIV, the issuer offers investors an opportunity to tap into high dividend-yielding U.S. equities, emphasizing both income generation and potential for capital appreciation.

UDIV DIVIDEND

The ProShares UltraDividend ETF (UDIV) aims to provide investors with exposure to high dividend-yielding stocks. UDIV follows a unique strategy that leverages the Dow Jones U.S. Dividend 100 Index, seeking to deliver double the daily returns of this index. While the focus of UDIV is on capturing dividend-yield potential, the ETF generally distributes dividends on a quarterly basis. The dividend distribution of UDIV is contingent upon the performance and dividend policies of the underlying companies within the Dow Jones U.S. Dividend 100 Index. Investors interested in UDIV may find it appealing for potential income generation through dividends, but should also consider the inherent risks associated with leveraged ETFs.

UDIV TRACKING

UDIV, the Franklin U.S. Core Dividend Tilt Index ETF, is designed to closely track the performance of the Core Dividend Tilt Index, which is maintained and calculated by Morningstar, Inc. This proprietary index is based on the Morningstar® US Target Market Exposure Index and aims to provide a higher dividend yield than the Parent Index while limiting tracking error. The Underlying Index includes a selection and weighting process that seeks to maximize the portfolio's dividend yield while adhering to constraints on individual stock and sector weightings. UDIV employs a passive indexing investment approach, striving to replicate the component securities of the Underlying Index, with the option to use either a replication or representative sampling strategy. Additionally, the Fund may use equity futures and total return swaps to enhance tracking and manage liquidity. As of May 31, 2023, the Underlying Index consisted of 332 securities with varying capitalizations, and the Fund may concentrate its investments in industries similarly to the index, which was concentrated in the technology sector at that time.

UDIV CORRELATION

The correlation aspect of the UDIV ETF, known as the UBS ETRACS Monthly Pay 2x Leveraged US Dividend High Beta ETN (UDIV), is essential for understanding its behavior in relation to the U.S. dividend-paying stocks market. Given that UDIV seeks to provide leveraged exposure to high-beta U.S. dividend stocks, it tends to exhibit higher correlations with these high-beta dividend-paying equities. Investors often utilize UDIV to amplify their exposure to this specific segment of the market and benefit from potential dividend income, while the leverage component can magnify both gains and losses.

UDIV SECTOR

The Universal Dividend Growth ETF (UDIV) focuses its investments in sectors that align with its core strategy of delivering a higher dividend yield. As of its last reporting date in May 2023, the Underlying Index for UDIV was concentrated in the technology sector. This sector concentration is part of the fund's aim to provide a dividend tilt by selecting and weighting securities from the Parent Index, which represents the top 85% of the U.S. equity market, with a focus on maximizing dividend yield while limiting tracking error. Investors in UDIV should consider that this concentrated exposure to the technology sector may impact the fund's performance and risk profile.

UDIV EXPOSURE

The exposure characteristic of the VictoryShares US Equity Income Enhanced Volatility Weighted ETF (UDIV) is centered on the Nasdaq Victory US Large Cap High Dividend 100 Volatility Weighted Index. This index combines fundamental criteria with individual security risk control through volatility weighting, providing investors with exposure to 100 of the highest dividend-yielding stocks among the 500 largest U.S. companies by market capitalization with positive earnings. UDIV offers an opportunity to gain exposure to high dividend-yielding, large-cap stocks while maintaining a focus on managing volatility.
