UST ISSUER

The UST ETF is managed by ProShare Advisors and seeks to achieve daily returns that align with its investment objective. This fund primarily invests in U.S. Treasury securities with maturities greater than seven years but less than or equal to ten years, each with a face value of $300 million or more, excluding those held by the Federal Reserve. These securities must be denominated in U.S. dollars and pay a fixed-rate, with zero-coupon rate securities being ineligible for inclusion in the fund's underlying index. The Index is market value weighted and is updated monthly. UST ETF utilizes a combination of U.S. government debt securities, derivatives, and money market instruments to achieve its daily investment goal, employing mathematical strategies to manage its portfolio.

UST DIVIDEND

The UST Dividend ETF focuses on providing investors with exposure to U.S. Treasury securities while maintaining a dividend distribution strategy. While the primary objective of this ETF is to track the performance of its underlying U.S. Treasury securities index, it also offers investors periodic dividend distributions. These distributions are based on the interest income generated by the U.S. Treasury securities held in the fund's portfolio. As U.S. Treasury securities typically pay interest semi-annually, investors in UST Dividend can expect regular dividend payments in alignment with these interest payment schedules.

UST TRACKING

The UST Tracking ETF is designed to mirror the performance of the ICE Data Indices, LLC (IDI) constructed index known as IDCOT7. This index comprises publicly-issued U.S. Treasury securities with maturities ranging from greater than seven years to ten years and having a minimum outstanding face value of $300 million. Excluding inflation-linked securities, Treasury bills, cash management bills, and government agency debt, the index is market value weighted and denominated in U.S. dollars. The UST Tracking ETF primarily invests in financial instruments such as U.S. government debt securities, derivatives (including swap agreements and futures contracts), and money market instruments to achieve returns that aim to be twice (2x) the daily returns of the IDCOT7 Index. Daily rebalancing is employed to maintain this leverage, but it's important to note that the fund's returns may not perfectly match 2x the index's returns over longer periods due to factors like compounding and market conditions. Investors in this ETF should be aware of the potential risks associated with daily rebalancing and the index's volatility. UST CORRELATION

The correlation aspect of the ProShares Ultra 7-10 Year Treasury ETF (UST) is essential to understand how this ETF behaves in relation to the U.S. Treasury bond market, specifically focusing on the 7-10 year maturity range. Since UST seeks to provide leveraged exposure to the daily returns of the ICE Data Indices 7-10 Year U.S. Treasury Index, it aims to maintain a strong correlation with the underlying index. This makes UST a valuable tool for investors looking to amplify their exposure to this particular segment of the bond market. Investors interested in analyzing UST's correlation with other assets and sectors can gain valuable insights into interest rate trends and broader market conditions. UST SECTOR

The UST Sector ETF focuses on investing in financial instruments, primarily U.S. Treasury securities with maturities greater than seven years and less than or equal to ten years, excluding those held by the Federal Reserve. These securities are denominated in U.S. dollars and pay a fixed-rate, making them suitable for inclusion in the ETF. The index used by the ETF is market value weighted and is updated monthly. The fund primarily invests in U.S. government debt securities, derivatives, and money market instruments to achieve leveraged returns that aim to match the daily performance of the UST Sector Index. It employs a mathematical approach to manage its portfolio and seeks to engage in daily rebalancing to maintain its exposure to the index, which may vary based on market conditions and index movements. Investors should be aware that the ETF's returns over periods longer than a single day can differ significantly from two times the return of the underlying index due to factors such as daily rebalancing and the index's volatility.

UST EXPOSURE

The UST Exposure ETF offers investors exposure to a carefully selected basket of U.S. Treasury securities with maturities greater than seven years and less than or equal to ten years, excluding inflation-linked securities, Treasury bills, and government agency debt. This ETF focuses on fixed-rate, U.S. dollar-denominated securities issued by the U.S. government or its agencies, providing a conservative investment option for those seeking stability and income. With UST Exposure, investors can gain access to a portfolio that prioritizes safety and consistency in their investment strategy.
