XTRE ISSUER

The XTREME S&P 500 ETF (XTRE) is managed by XTREME Investments, a well-established financial institution with a strong reputation in the investment industry. XTREME Investments has been providing innovative investment solutions to investors for over two decades.

XTRE DIVIDEND

The XTRE Dividend ETF offers investors a unique dividend distribution approach. This ETF focuses on companies with strong dividend growth potential, making it a suitable choice for income-seeking investors. Dividends are typically distributed on a quarterly basis, and eligibility depends on the dividend policies of the underlying companies. XTRE's strategy aims to provide investors with a steady stream of income while also seeking potential capital appreciation, making it an attractive option for a balanced investment portfolio.

XTRE TRACKING

The XTRE ETF, known as the XTRE Tracking, is designed to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg US Treasury 3 Year Duration Index. This index is comprised of select U.S. Treasury notes and bonds that are part of the Bloomberg US Treasury Index. The Index utilizes two duration buckets of U.S. Treasury notes and bonds, weighted by market capitalization, to achieve a 3-year target duration. This monthly rebalancing process ensures that the ETF closely mirrors the characteristics of the underlying index. As of December 31, 2022, the Index included approximately 77 constituents, focusing on U.S. Treasury notes and bonds with durations ranging from 2 to 4 years. XTRE aims to offer investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of U.S. Treasury securities with a specific focus on the 3-year duration segment.

XTRE CORRELATION

The correlation aspect of the XTREME 3 Year U.S. Treasury ETF (XTRE) is primarily centered around its tracking of the Bloomberg US Treasury 3 Year Duration Index. Since XTRE is designed to replicate the performance of this specific index, its correlation with the underlying U.S. Treasury securities is exceptionally strong and consistent with the duration targets set by the index. This correlation makes XTRE a reliable tool for investors seeking exposure to U.S. Treasury securities with a three-year duration. ETF Insider's web app provides a valuable resource for studying XTRE's correlations and gaining deeper insights into its performance, as well as comparing it with other ETFs and assets to optimize portfolio strategies.

XTRE SECTOR

The XTRE ETF focuses on tracking the Bloomberg US Treasury 3 Year Duration Index, a benchmark comprising specific U.S. Treasury notes and bonds featured in the broader Bloomberg US Treasury Index. This ETF primarily invests in U.S. Treasury securities with an average duration of approximately 3 years. As a result, it offers investors exposure to a concentrated portfolio of shorter-term U.S. government debt, aiming to replicate the performance of its index while minimizing some of the risks associated with active management. However, it's essential to note that the fund maintains a concentration in U.S. Treasury securities, potentially leading to limited diversification compared to broader bond ETFs.

XTRE EXPOSURE

The exposure characteristic of the XTRE ETF (Exchange-Traded Fund) is centered around tracking the ICE® U.S. Treasury 1-3 Year Bond Index, referred to as the Underlying Index. This index measures the performance of publicly-issued U.S. Treasury securities with remaining maturities greater than or equal to one year and less than three years. As of February 28, 2023, the Underlying Index consisted of 94 such issues. The ETF primarily invests in these U.S. Treasury securities, striving to mirror the performance of the Underlying Index while providing investors with an efficient and low-cost way to access short- to intermediate-term U.S. government bonds.
