The Invesco, managed by Dorsey, Wright & Associates, LLC (DWAS issuer), follows a disciplined investment strategy, primarily investing in securities that constitute the Underlying Index, which is maintained by Dorsey Wright. The Underlying Index consists of about 200 securities selected from a pool of approximately 2,000 companies ranked 1,001 to 3,000 by market capitalization within the NASDAQ US Benchmark Index™. Dorsey Wright employs a proprietary methodology emphasizing relative strength or momentum characteristics to select securities for the Underlying Index. This involves analyzing the relative strength of each security within the eligible universe and assigning a momentum score based on its intermediate and long-term upward price movements compared to a benchmark index. The Fund aims to replicate the Underlying Index by investing proportionally in all included securities, and as of October 31, 2023, the Underlying Index comprised securities with market capitalizations ranging from $199.2 million to $6.00 billion. While the Fund intends to remain diversified, it may become non-diversified due to changes in market capitalization or index weighting of constituents in the Underlying Index. Despite a concentration in the industrials sector as of August 31, 2023, the Fund adheres to a concentration policy, ensuring it doesn't overly invest in any one industry beyond what is reflected in the Underlying Index.

Dorsey Wright utilizes its proprietary methodology to select securities for inclusion in the fund's portfolio, emphasizing companies that not only offer attractive dividend yields but also demonstrate resilient performance compared to the broader market. The Underlying Index, compiled and maintained by Dorsey Wright, consists of approximately 200 securities selected based on their momentum characteristics within the NASDAQ US Benchmark Index™. DWAS Tracking utilizes Dorsey Wright's proprietary selection methodology, which emphasizes relative strength and momentum, to identify and include securities with the highest momentum scores in its portfolio. By diligently adhering to the composition and weightings of the Underlying Index, DWAS Tracking aims to provide investors with a reliable means of tracking the performance of the broader U.S. equity market, thereby offering a transparent and efficient investment vehicle for those seeking exposure to this segment of the market.
