The fund may invest the remaining assets in non-component fixed income instruments, cash, and short-term instruments, while maintaining a duration closely aligned with the index.

The HYS High-Yield Bond Fund predominantly invests in the component securities of the ICE BofA 0-5 Year US High Yield Constrained Index (Underlying Index), aiming to maintain at least 80% exposure. Additionally, the fund may allocate the remaining assets to fixed income instruments that align with the Underlying Index's tracking, along with cash and short-term instruments. The fund primarily focuses on U.S. dollar-denominated below investment grade corporate debt securities with maturities under 5 years, emphasizing the high-yield bond sector.

HYS EXPOSURE

The HYS Fund aims to achieve its objective by investing at least 80% of its assets in securities from the ICE BofA 0-5 Year US High Yield Constrained Index. It may invest the rest in Fixed Income Instruments to track the Index closely, along with cash and short-term instruments. The Index consists of US dollar-denominated, below investment grade corporate debt securities with maturities under 5 years, with constituents weighted by outstanding amount, capped at 2% per entity.
